Smoked Chicken!


Two batches in one week! So tasty. One set of drumsticks and then a whole chicken.



For the drumsticks I did a dry rub of hot paprika, salt, pepper. Simple is best with the dark meat and apple smoke. Cooked for 3 hours before they where ready to chow down on.
The whole chicken I pulled and took to a friends BBQ. I dont' put sauce on it after since it is plenty juicy on its own. This one was dry rubbed with Salt, jerk seasoning and stuffed with apples and squash. Cook time was 4 hours 45 min until it reached 176 deg.
